WHAT GETS BUILT
The work of a strategist, a namer, a designer, and a launch team. From one mind that sees your brand whole.
The sentence, the story, the name that carries both. - Category teardown - Positioning - Narrative + Naming
What people recognize before they read the logo. - Visual identity - Design system - Voice
Your first ad is the pack itself. - Packaging - SKU architecture - Retail presence
Arriving like a brand, not a product. - Campaign concept - Launch plan - Creative direction
WHAT TO EXPECT
The saves. The fonts. The ten shades of almost. Translated into a brand only you could be.

BEFORE YOU ASK
It’s the only requirement. The brand already exists in your head: how it should feel, who it’s for, what it would never do. The deep interviews and the category teardown are how it gets out and takes form. You bring the idea. I bring the build.
Before things get printed. The name, the pack, the site: once they’re live, every change costs real money, so the best time is before the world meets version one. Same goes for rebrands: come to me before the next print run, not after. And if you’re still testing whether people want the product, wait on all of it. The door stays open.
You’ll like it, and not because I’m sure of myself. Because it’s yours: pulled from your head, approved at every step. Positioning first, then the name, then the look. Nothing visual exists until you’ve signed off on everything underneath it. There are no big reveals in this process. So there’s nothing to brace for.
From a blank page: Caliray. The positioning, the name, the look, the packaging, the launch. It went from an idea to 500+ Sephora doors and a Series A in 36 months. The Conception is that same build, run for your brand.
It’s scoped to the build: SKU count, category complexity, how much world we’re creating. This is the most substantial engagement I offer. I only take on two or three partners a year for The Conception. Serious backing is a prerequisite for a reason. You’ll know the project rate, and your calendar, before anything starts. Neither moves.
If you’re still proving the product, hold off. Brand can’t answer that question, and I’d rather meet you when it’s real. If your brand already works, this is more build than you need: The Solve or The Partner will get you there. And if the plan is deciding by committee, I’m the wrong hire. The best brands have one author.
