Upon full payment for services, ownership of the Work Product will transfer to you, subject to any pre-existing intellectual property of JDJ Studio or third parties. JDJ Studio retains the right to display the Work Product in its portfolio and marketing materials. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to all intellectual property you provide to us.
