Nobody in my business publishes prices. Here they are anyway.

  • A diagnostic session with a senior advisor: $1,500 to $5,000.

  • A focused strategy sprint: $8,000 to $25,000.

  • A full brand build, positioning through packaging: $35,000 to $150,000.

  • Agency retainers: $10,000 to $50,000 a month.

  • A big-firm rebrand: $200,000 and up, and yes, it will take eighteen months.

The spread looks irrational until you see what each tier is actually selling. It isn't hours.

It's the cost of the wrong decision.

A $2,000 diagnostic is worth it when something's off and nobody can name it. Naming the right problem costs less than a quarter spent fixing the wrong one.

A five-figure sprint is worth it when one decision is gating seven figures. The positioning. The message. The conversion path. One call, made correctly, with someone whose judgment you trust.

A monthly advisor is worth it when the decisions never stop. Launches, hires, retail, the calls that make or break the year. What you're renting isn't output. It's accumulated judgment about your specific brand: what was tried, what died, and why. That compounds. It's the one thing a new agency can't ship in week one.

The $200,000 rebrand is worth it for companies whose real problem is scale and committee. If you're founder-led and under $20M, that's not you. You'd be paying for meetings.

And when to spend nothing: if you don't have product-market fit yet, brand strategy is decoration on a question mark. Get people buying twice first.

My numbers, since I promised: The Diagnostic is $2,000. One session, your data analyzed beforehand, the answer in writing. Bigger problems get scoped to the problem, not the calendar.

Because the expensive version of brand strategy was never the fee. It's the year you spend guessing.
